Yeah I always look at those things and I trust them
I dont really trust them or pay attention to them
I’m kind of on the fence about them
4. Can money really make you happy?

When you’re considering offers, how big of a factor does the salary play for you?
It’s important but it’s not the most important thing
If I've been approached about a role and wasn’t actively looking then the money plays a big part, it's not worth moving otherwise
A lot, I’ll try to increase my salary as much as possible while the market is buoyant

If companies aren’t offering flexible work options, I won't even look at them
I’m not that bothered, to be honest, I‘m happy to be back in the office
I’d like the option of flexible work but it isn’t a huge deal

Yes, of course, it’s up to both parties to make it work

Does workplace loyalty still exist?
No - Companies will get rid of people quickly if they need to, so moving jobs isn’t a big deal to me
